  1. There are 5 free onsite car parking spaces at the clinic. There is also a few car park spaces on Redbank plains Rd.

30minute appointments for all initial and follow up physiotherapy consultations.

Yes, if you have any referral, scans or any important information related to your injury.

Yes, our clinic has direct rebate facilities (HICAPS). The clinic accepts cash, VISA, Mastercard and AMEX. We request payment at the time of each visit.

  1. We understand that plans can change or urgent situations arise. If you need to cancel an appointment , please give us 24 hours notice.
  2. Your time with your therapist has been scheduled especially for you. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in charges.
  3. For late arrivals, we are pleased to offer you the remaining time on your scheduled visit. However, your appointment will end at your allotted time as to not extend into the next patient’s schedule.

A referral is not needed to see a physiotherapist since we are first contact practitioners. However, if you are seeking treatment for any injury which is a Worker’s Compensation Claim, after a Motor Vehicle Accident or if you wish to be treated under the Medicare EPC program, you do need a GP referral.
