Our programs include:
- Minimum 8 Week Commitment
- Weekly email check-ins and progress tracking with your physio/coach
- Custom running training plan with 3–4 structured runs per week

Before You Start:
An initial consultation (in-person or via telehealth) with one of our physios is required prior to starting your program.
You can also opt for a Running Assessment or a VALD Performance Assessment for a more in-depth biomechanical analysis.
