  • Minimum 8 Week Commitment
  • Weekly email check-ins and progress tracking with your physio/coach​
  • Custom running training plan with 3–4 structured runs per week

Before You Start:

  • An initial consultation (in-person or via telehealth) with one of our physios is required prior to starting your program.

  • You can also opt for a Running Assessment or a VALD Performance Assessment for a more in-depth biomechanical analysis.
