What We Offer: Evidence-Based Online Programming
Our training methods are grounded in the latest sports science literature – not Instagram trends. We specialise in hypertrophy, powerlifting, and strength-focused training, blending the best of physiology, biomechanics, and progressive overload principles to ensure your program delivers real results.
What to expect
Minimum lock in period of 8 weeks
- $35 per week
- Weekly email check in with physio to review progress, make adjustments and stay focused on your goals
- Must book an initial appointment prior to starting online programming. This can be face to face or via telehealth.

Who is this ideal for?
- New to lifting: We’ll guide you through every rep with simple, clear programming and technique support. The idea of this is to take out the guesswork and provide you with smart structuring. We know getting into the gym can be extremely daunting and If you have thought about starting but don’t know where to begin, this is a good option.
- Experienced but plateaued: We’ll help you break through plateaus with smarter training, not just harder training. This is such a common experience amongst those with greater than 1-2 years lifting experience. Gains are strong initially but taper off exponentially.
Smarter programming can easily break through these roadblocks and get you moving more weight again. - Athlete’s: If you are wanting a competitive edge in your sport – Strength and conditioning is the foundation for better performance. Whether your goal is to get faster, be more agile, or develop raw power. Improving in the weight room enhances your general physical preparedness (GPP) and directly translates to better performance on the field, court, or track

Lifting Technique Video Analysis
Get personalised feedback on your form. We’ll analyse your lifts to correct movement patterns, prevent injury, and enhance performance.
Ongoing Programming Adjustments
Training isn’t static, and neither is our coaching. As you progress, your program evolves with you — ensuring you’re always being challenged in the right ways.
Balanced Training Modalities
